The Sadhwani name has been part of Bangalore's commercial fabric since the broader Sadhwani Group was incorporated in 1959. Our dedicated real-estate advisory practice was formally constituted in 1991— and has since evolved into a RERA-registered, independent brokerage and advisory platform.

That year, as India's economy liberalised, a wave of NRI families and investors looked to Bangalore as the city of the future. They needed someone on the ground they could trust — connected, transparent, and principled. Ramesh Sadhwani stepped into that role naturally, advising families on land acquisitions and premium residential purchases. What began as trusted introductions became Sadhwani Real Estate Holdings.
